EMC Kerala was established by the Government of Kerala notification published on December 31, 2003, under the Department of Power, Govt. of Kerala. The institute has been conducting short-term training courses on various topics. The institute is located 11 Km from Central Railway station, 6.5 Km from Pattom, and 14 Km from Trivandrum Int.
