The Government Polytechnic Mayurbhanj is a co-ed institute, registered with Electronics and Information Technology Department, Odisha on 18/01/2010 and started functioning on July 2015. This institute covers a total area of 9.9 acres, having academic building, administrative building, workshop building, boys hostel, ladies hostel, cafeteria, 3R quarters and 2R quarters. The training center has very good classroom having projector with internet facility. The training center has one 40-seater bus.
